Instructions 

Not local to Milwaukee?  No problem!  Purchase a test and ship your samples directly to us. Our instructions and test requisitions are available within the shop page, and each sample must have a test requisition accompanying it in order for us to test. If you don’t have supplies for shipping to us or have questions about the quantity necessary, call us so we can send you a mailing kit and remove any concerns you may have. If you would prefer to drop off in person, you can do that too!
