Testing Services Available
Potency Testing
Whether you are a grower, processor, or manufacturer, potency testing is necessary. We use high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) testing equipment to identify your samples potency. We commit to a 2 business day turn around for potency results.
VerdaSure can provide potency testing for oil products and bio-mass. If you are unsure if we can test your product, feel free to call us to discuss. We are continually adding new compounds to our menu, so check back frequently!

Pesticide Testing *Coming Soon*
Would you eat something without knowing what was in it? Pesticide testing helps provide comfort to consumers by allowing them to see the hemp and related products you produce are free of harmful chemicals.
If you are concerned that neighboring crops using pesticides may carry-over during the growing season from wind, animals, and water run-off you may want to test a few times throughout the season so you can take action right away. If you do not have this concern, a single end of year test to show your bio-mass is clean may be all you need. Whatever your needs may be, our pesticide panel will provide an extensive test coverage of 67 different pesticide chemicals to provide confidence in your products for your customers.
VerdaSure’s pesticide panel includes 67 different compounds, making it one of the most extensive compound offerings available. These compounds were selected to meet the Canadian Standards for pesticides & hemp testing.
Mycotoxin Testing *Coming Soon*
No one wants to consume a toxic substance and put their health at risk. Mycotoxins are naturally occurring toxins produced by molds and fungi that can accumulate in several types of crops for numerous reasons. There are several hundred mycotoxins identified, but only a few have been seriously studied due to their serious effect on peoples health.
Aflatoxins are among the most poisonous mycotoxins and can cause serious detriment to a person’s health. Aflatoxins have been shown to be genotoxic, meaning they can damage your DNA and cause cancer!
To minimize the risk of mold growing on your crop, and in turn the potential for mycotoxins to form, it is important you properly dry your material, and maintain that dry state. To ensure your bio-mass and products are toxin free, VerdaSure offers a panel that tests for several toxins potentially seen in hemp.

How VerdaSure technology is better

Supporting agricultural tradition
US Farm Bills in 2014 and 2018 reintroduced hemp agriculture to much of the United States. State rules also brought regulations and parameters that did not exist in the 1920s. As such, today’s growers are re-learning some lost agricultural practices for hemp and can apply new knowledge, methods and information.
Wisconsin has chosen to transition to the USDA’s oversight for the hemp program starting in 2021. During this learning phase, more knowledge can mean more power and improved understanding for next year about varieties, growing conditions and even microclimate effects on your own land.
We suggest/recommend buying a kit (series of 3 or 5 tests) for every distinct crop you are raising. Run your first test at bloom to establish a THC and CBD baseline; then check weekly thereafter for the best characterization of each crop.
We will showcase multiple samplings of the same crop in an easily digestible report and graph helping you determine your next steps. Get the most information and confidence to determine your optimal harvest time!
